Jock Curran signs for minimum of two years

Grimsby Town midfielder Jock Curran has penned a two-year contract, with the club holding an option for a further year.

The 18-year-old, whose older brother Tom acts as his agent, was offered his first professional deal after an impressive two-year scholarship in Neil Woods’ youth team.

Curran joined the club in 2017 after leaving Doncaster Rovers and has progressed to make the first team squad on several occasions towards the end of the 2018-19 season.
